Cleopatra Hotel - Nicosia

Had a great stay, la! The room was spotlessly clean and the staff were dead sound, really looked after us. Breakfast had a decent selection of hot and cold items, no complaints there! Just wish the bathroom had a bit of a refresh, eh?

It's location.

It's old. There is renovation going on, very noisy .No interest from the staff regarding a poorly draining sink, T.V. remote not working and the safe did not work . Breakfast was poor in an old and scruffy dining room.

Friendly staff trying to make our stay enjoyable, extension of the check out till the evening, great restaurant with excellent service and life music, free guarded parking. I can sincerely recommend this hotel .

A simple breakdown of my vacays

It was conveniently located near shops and restaurants. The food at the lounge bar was good, and I appreciated the availability of electric scooters outside for quick trips around the area.

It would be great if the pool was open later, but that's not so bad.

The Hotel bar closed really early came back on a Saturday night round 10.30 thinking we could get a drink in the Hotel only to find it was closed

The room was clean and quiet, but the mattress was way too soft for me.

I enjoyed the diverse breakfast selection with a variety of tasty traditional Cypriot items. The bar had an inviting atmosphere, and the well trained staff shared local tips that enhanced my experience. The room wassuper clean and cozy, contributing to a cozy stay.

Was upgraded (for no known reason) to a newly decorated suite: very posh and much appreciated! Really enjoyed the pool - big enough for a proper swim, and the gym looked excellent (closed on Sundays). Excellent poolside dining. Really good service all round (reception and at dinner): kind and considerate. The barman is a gem. Location is superb for the old city and fantastic museum.

Ornate decor- not my taste! Corridors are a bit dated, but this really is of no consequence.

nice food, very efficient service and amazing view of the moon. well-appointed room, great bathroom with a bathtub. good restaurant, for lunch and dinner.

The hotel has clean rooms and is conveniently located close to several dining and shopping options. Our kids enjoyed the spacious layout, and the breakfast options were decent. The staff were polite.

My wife says that the gym needs earlier opening hours for kids' playtime.

Hotel correct but a bit old but some of the rooms are renovated. Ask for it. Rooms are clean. The swimming pool is beautiful but I could not use it as it was too cold in March. Must be nice in summer.

Very tiny bathroom, complicate to open shower without getting wet but water takes few minutes to get hot! You have to pay €6 a hour for wi-fi connection. The sauna area is depressing, I even did not want to try. The breakfast was one of the worst I ever had in hotels, extremely basic with little choice. The staff is not very helpful, neither smiling.
